Section 34
Disposition versions
34. The Government may, during or after an examination or inquiry and after giving the members of the board of directors an opportunity to present their views, order that the powers of the library be suspended for the period it determines and appoint an administrator who shall exercise the powers of the board where the library engages in any practice or tolerates any state of affairs that is incompatible with the pursuit of its objects and those of sound management.
