13. (1)  The first regular meeting of the General Council shall be held at the place and date fixed by the executive committee.

(2)  The General Council shall fix the date and place for the other regular meetings.

(3)  The Bâtonnier of the Province of Québec, the executive committee or 12 members of the General Council may call a special meeting.

(4)  Every meeting shall be called by letter of the Bâtonnier of the Province of Québec or the executive director.
