69. The holder of a licence who is no longer entitled thereto shall inform the Board in writing within 30 days following the date on which his entitlement ceased. In addition, in the case of a partnership or corporation, the person referred to in section 52 must also inform the Board thereof in writing.
On the death or incapacity of the licence holder, the executor, heir or legatee, the administrator of the succession, the legal representative of the deceased person, or the tutor or adviser to a person of full age shall inform the Board within 30 days of the holder’s being no longer entitled to the licence.
