8.1. (Repealed).

8.1. For the purposes of the application of the Photographic Proof of Documents Act (chapter P-22), any document, book or register emanating from the Department or forming part of its records may be destroyed immediately after being reproduced, notwithstanding the delay provided by subparagraph b of the first paragraph of section 2 of the said act.
