397. Before taking possession of the property of the legal person or, where such is the case, of its insurance fund, the liquidator shall give sufficient security to guarantee performance of his duties. At the request of the Authority or of any other interested person, the judge of the Superior Court may determine the amount and nature of that security and increase it according to circumstances.
