367. Notwithstanding the second paragraph of section 15 of the Act respecting administrative justice (chapter J‐3), the Tribunal may only confirm or quash a decision contested under the first paragraph of section 366.

367. The appeal shall be brought by a motion served upon the Inspector General. This motion must be filed in the office of the clerk of the Court of Québec within sixty days after notice of the decision of the Inspector General is mailed to the applicant.
Upon receipt of the notice of appeal, the Inspector General shall send the record relating to the decision concerned to the clerk of the Court of Québec.
