360. The Inspector General may suspend or cancel the certificate of an insurance agent or claims adjuster:
(a)  who or which no longer complies with the conditions prescribed;
(b)  who or which has been dishonest or negligent in the carrying on of his or its occupation or activities;
(c)  who or which has been convicted of an indictable offence in connection with the occupation of insurance agent or claims adjuster, as the case may be;
(d)  who or which contravenes this Act or the regulations.
