353. Every person applying for an adjuster’s certificate shall submit his application to the Inspector General in the form prescribed by him together with a deposit of $5 000 for an adjuster acting on his own account and an additional $1 000 for each employee through whom such person proposes to act as adjuster.
Such deposit must be made in accordance with the provisions of Division IV of the Public Officers Act (chapter E-6), respecting security.
