352. The directors of any corporation acting as a claims adjuster and the officers and employees of such corporation who are also shareholders of it are, in all cases where they hold a certificate, jointly and severally liable with the corporation for all damage to third persons for which the corporation is liable as a result of the professional fault of a person through whom it has acted.
