348. No person may use the title of claims adjuster, insurance expert or claims agent or act as such unless he gives proof that he holds a certificate to that effect issued by the Inspector General.
A person acts in such capacity if, in particular, he offers, promises or attempts to act as such or represents that he is authorized by law to do so.
