343. No insurance agent shall use misrepresentation or concealment to induce a person to contract insurance or use his position to coerce a person to contract insurance through one agent rather than another.
The Government may, by regulation, make rules respecting the substitution of life insurance policies with the assistance of other similar policies or of mutual funds, and on the duties of insurers and insurance agents with regard to such substitutions.
