342. (Repealed).

342. No insurer or agent shall, directly or indirectly, grant a rebate on the premium stipulated by an insurance policy to a person insured or applying for insurance, or make an agreement with him on a mode of payment of such premium other than the mode provided for in the policy.
Payment of the benefits stipulated in a policy is not a rebate of the premium contemplated by this section, nor is compensation to an employee of the insurer for his services when that employee is also an insured.
