331. Every person applying for an insurance agent’s certificate must file his application with the Inspector General in the form prescribed by him, together with the recommendations and deposit prescribed by this act and the documents prescribed by the regulations.
This application must indicate in particular the classes of insurance which the candidate intends to transact as agent.
