325.5. The Authority may apply to a judge of the Superior Court for an injunction in respect of any matter relating to the carrying out of this Act or the regulations.
The application for an injunction constitutes an action.
The procedure prescribed in the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C‐25.01) applies, except that the Authority shall not be required to give security.
