325.1.1. The Authority may make an order under section 325.1 if it is of the opinion that the legal person or partnership is not adhering to sound and prudent management practices, is not adhering to the commercial practices referred to in section 222.2 or is not complying with the requirements under section 285.29, even if the guidelines are being complied with.
