325.0.2. The guidelines may pertain to
(1)  the maintenance of assets for the purposes of section 269;
(1.1)  the adequacy of the capital;
(2)  the adequacy of the liquid assets;
(3)  any other sound and prudent management practices, in particular as regards investments;
(4)  any commercial practice referred to in section 222.2;
(5)  any requirement under section 285.29.
Guidelines are not regulations. They may pertain to the carrying out, interpretation or application of the subject matter of any of subparagraphs 1 to 5 of the first paragraph whether or not it is dealt with in a regulation made under this Act.

(4)  any other sound and prudent management practices, in particular those concerning commercial practices in relation to the marketing of insurance products.

325.0.2. The guidelines are not regulations. They are indicative of the exercise of the discretionary powers conferred by this Act on the Agency, concerning:
(1)  the policy insurers must establish pursuant to section 285.27;
(2)  any other sound and prudent management practices, in particular those relating to the marketing of insurance products.
