325.0.1. The Authority may, after consultation with the Minister, give the guidelines applicable to one or more categories of the following legal persons or companies:
(1)  life insurance companies;
(2)  property insurance companies;
(3)  holding companies controlled by an insurer;
(4)  mutual insurance companies;
(5)  federations of mutual insurance companies;
(6)  guarantee funds;
(7)  mutual benefit associations;
(8)  professional orders, with regard to their insurance funds.
Before issuing guidelines to mutual insurance companies, the Authority shall consult the federation of which they are members.
