319. The Authority must examine or cause to be examined the affairs of a legal person transacting insurance if at least 100 of its members or shareholders or, in the case of a professional order, 100 of its insured members apply for it.
The Authority must make a special report to the Minister whenever it has made an examination under this section and send a copy of the report to the insurer who has been the object of the examination.
