317.2. Any holding company directly controlling an insurer and any holding company controlled by an insurer must make an undertaking enabling the Authority or the representative designated by the Authority to enter, at any reasonable time, their head office and other establishments situated outside Québec and permitting the application of subparagraphs 2 and 3 of the first and second paragraphs of section 10, for the purposes of an inspection of their internal affairs and activities.
