298.5. Insurers shall, within 10 days, forward to the Authority a copy of the resolution appointing their actuary or inform the Authority in writing of their actuary’s resignation.
In addition, insurers shall give the Authority an advance notice in writing of not less than 10 days of their intention to propose the revocation of their actuary’s appointment.
