294.3. An auditor who resigns for reasons connected with his duties as an auditor or with the conduct of the insurer’s business shall, within 10 days of the sending of his letter of resignation, submit a statement to the Authority giving the reasons for his resignation. The auditor shall forward a copy thereof to the insurer’s secretary within the same time limit.
An auditor who believes that his appointment was revoked or was not renewed for reasons mentioned above shall, within 10 days, submit a statement to inform the Authority, and forward a copy thereof to the insurer’s secretary.
