291.1. Insurers must inform the Authority in writing, within 10 days, of the resignation of their auditor.
Insurers must also give the Authority an advance notice in writing of not less than 10 days of their intention to propose the revocation or the non-renewal of their auditor’s appointment.

291.1. Every insurer shall inform the Inspector General as soon as possible of the resignation, non-renewal of the term or decision to propose the dismissal, during his term, of the auditor or actuary responsible for the valuation.
