A-32 - Act respecting insurance

285.32. The Authority may, if it considers it appropriate, give written instructions to an insurer regarding the policy referred to in section 285.29.
Before exercising the power provided for under the first paragraph, the Authority must notify the insurer of its intent and give it the opportunity to present observations.
