285.19. The Authority shall notify any person it designates as being a restricted party in accordance with paragraph 8 of section 285.18, and the insurer concerned by that decision.
The Authority may revise its decision at the request of the person so designated or the insurer concerned.
Before rendering its decision or refusing to revise it, the Authority shall give the person and the insurer concerned an opportunity to present observations.
