275.1. Where an insurer makes the selection provided for in the second paragraph of section 275, he must give notice thereof to the Inspector General. The notice must be accompanied with a declaration signed by an actuary or by an officer of the insurer stating that, with respect to the policies contemplated, the selected ratio is in effect the expected claims ratio.
