275.0.0.1. The Authority may, where it considers it advisable, give written instructions to an insurer concerning the adequacy of and the elements which compose its capital base, and the proportion represented by each element.
Before exercising the power set out in the first paragraph, the Authority must notify the insurer and give it an opportunity to present observations.
