271. The directors or officers of an insurer who agree to a loan or investment which contravenes this Act shall be held jointly and severally liable for any losses resulting therefrom for the insurer.

271. No director or officer of an insurer shall receive, directly or indirectly, the least benefit in respect of a loan or investment made by such insurer, or have an interest in a loan or investment of the kind.
