222. The Authority shall, on issuing a licence, publish a notice in the Gazette officielle du Québec indicating the name and address of the head office or chief establishment of the legal person to which the licence is issued and the classes of insurance covered by the licence.

The Authority shall also publish, each year, in the Gazette officielle du Québec, a list of the insurers holding a licence and the address of their head offices or business establishments.

The Inspector General shall also publish each year in the Gazette officielle du Québec a list of the insurers holding licences, their head offices or establishments and the amounts of the deposits made by them under this Act.

The Superintendent shall on issuing a licence publish a notice in the Gazette officielle du Québec indicating the corporate name and address of the head office or chief business office of the corporation to which the licence is issued, the amount of the deposit it has offered in accordance with this act and the classes of insurance contemplated by the licence.
