221. Licences are issued for an indeterminate period.

221. Unless a date of expiration is indicated on the licence, it expires on 30 June each year.
Licences may be renewed in accordance with this Act and the regulations.

221. Licences shall expire on 30 June of each year; they shall be renewable annually on the conditions prescribed in this act and in accordance with the regulations.
The Inspector General may however issue licences for a lesser period if the public interest warrants it, or for administrative reasons.
