0.2. A medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist shall comply with the Act respecting medical imaging technologists, radiation oncology technologists and medical electrophysiology technologists (chapter T-5), the Professional Code (chapter C-26) and their regulations.
A medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist shall take reasonable measures to ensure compliance with the Act respecting medical imaging technologists, radiation oncology technologists and medical electrophysiology technologists, the Professional Code and their regulations by any person other than a medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist who collaborates with him in the carrying on of his professional activities and any partnership or joint-stock company within which the medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist carries on his professional activities.
