42. Where a medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist is requested by the Order to serve on a council for the arbitration of accounts, a disciplinary council, a professional inspection committee or a review committee, he shall accept that duty unless he has reasonable grounds for refusing.
