3.25.2. Materials presumed to contain crystalline silica: For the application of this subdivision, the following materials are presumed to contain crystalline silica:
(a) slate;
(b) asphalt;
(c) concrete;
(d) brick;
(e) ceramic;
(f) cement;
(g) fibrocement;
(h) granite;
(i) granulate;
(j) sandstone;
(k) mortar.
