36. The carrier or distributor from which the costs are claimed may, within 10 days after the date on which the claim is received, send to the Régie in writing any objection to or comment respecting the claim, its eligibility, the amount or any other subject raised in the claim. The distributor or carrier must send a copy of the objections or comments to the party who filed the claim with the Régie.
