33. The home educational childcare provider must notify the coordinating office in writing of the date of her return or of her intention to avail herself of another condition provided for in section 79 of the Educational Childcare Regulation (chapter S-4.1.1, r. 2). On receipt of the notice, the coordinating office undertakes the measures provided for in section 80 of the Regulation.
