6.02. Where the committee, after study of an investigator’s report, has reason to believe that it is expedient to recommend to the board of directors that a podiatrist be required to serve a period of refresher training and that the right of such podiatrist to engage in professional activities during such period be limited, it must permit the podiatrist in question to present a full and complete defence relative to the appraisal of his competence.
