127. Where the destruction of a record is provided for under the Youth Protection Act (chapter P-34.1), the inscription in the alphabetical index, the plumitif and the audio recording of the notes taken by the stenographer, as well as any transcription of this recording or these notes pertaining to such record, must be destroyed at the same time as the record.
