Section 1
Disposition versions
1. The registers, indexes and files required for the purposes of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25), the Criminal Code (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46) and the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1), and those imposed by special Acts, shall be held in the office of the court in accordance with the directives of the chief judge.
The registers, indexes and files required for the purposes of the Youth Protection Act (chapter P-34.1) and the provisions on adoption contained in the Civil Code shall be held in the office of the court in accordance with the directives of the chief judge and in the manner set out in Schedule I.
