29. Épargne Placements Québec may, in respect of a security acquired less than 10 working days earlier, delay the refund for or transfer of the security until the amount payable has been received and credited to the Government’s account.
For the purposes of this Regulation, “working day” means any day, other than a Saturday or Sunday, on which payment items may be cleared in Québec in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Payments Association.
