15. Where financial assistance is in the form of a purchase of shares under paragraph f of section 6 of the Act, the Company may make an agreement with the business or with its shareholders to:
(1)  have representatives nominated by the Company on the board of directors;
(2)  fix procedures for selling shares held by the Company.
