45. The provisions of sections 43 and 44, the second paragraph of section 63.3 and section 63.4 are deemed to be an integral part of every group agreement, with the necessary modifications. An artist covered by such an agreement must exercise the recourses provided for in the agreement. The time limit referred to in the first paragraph of section 63.3 applies to the recourses and the parties are required to indicate the time limit in the group agreement.
An artist who is not covered by a group agreement and who believes he has been the victim of psychological harassment may file a complaint with the Tribunal.
