35. The Minister of Finance is authorized to pay to the Société, for the carrying out of its mission, a contribution not exceeding $300 000 000 for the period from 23 June 1992 to 31 March 2000. This contribution is payable in several instalments, the dates, amounts and conditions of which shall be determined by the Government.
