Disposition versions
115.4. An order made under this Act must include reasons and takes effect on the date of its notification to the offender or on any later date specified in the order.
The clerk-treasurer or clerk of the local municipality in whose territory an order under this Act is to be enforced must be informed of the order by the Minister.

The secretary-treasurer or clerk of the local municipality in whose territory an order under this Act is to be enforced must be informed of the order by the Minister.
115.4. An order made under section 115.2 or 115.3 must include reasons. It takes effect on the date of notification to the offender or on any later date specified in the order. A copy of the order is sent to the clerk of the municipality on whose territory the work, constructions, works or activities concerned are located.
