3. The deposit of the plan mentioned in the first paragraph of section 15 of the Act respecting expropriation (chapter E-25) entails the cancellation of any grant and of any occupation licence or location ticket granted in accordance with the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the State (chapter T-8.1) or the Act respecting agricultural lands in the domain of the State (chapter T-7.1) or the Wild-life Conservation Act (chapter C-61) and relating to any land in the domain of the State comprised within the territory of Mauricie Park described in Schedule A. For the purposes of payment of the indemnity only, the holder of such a right shall be deemed an expropriated party.
