16. The members, secretary, officers and employees of the Commission cannot be sued by reason of official acts done in good faith in the exercise of their functions.
None of the extraordinary recourses provided in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall be exercised and no injunction shall be granted against the Commission or against its members acting in their official capacity.
A judge of the Court of Appeal, upon motion, may annul summarily any writ, order or injunction issued or granted contrary to the preceding paragraph.
