90. Any interested person may submit his objection to the application for amalgamation to the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy, in writing, within 30 days of publication of the text of the application and of a notice concerning such right and such time limit in a newspaper circulated in the applicant municipalities.
The publication referred to in the first paragraph shall be made by the clerk or secretary-treasurer of the applicant municipality having the largest population.
