98. Where the employer fails to pay to an employee the wage owing to the employee, the Commission, on behalf of that employee, may claim the unpaid wage from that employer.

98. Where the employer fails to pay to an employee the wage owing to him, the Commission, on behalf of that employee, may claim the unpaid wage from that employer.
The Commission cannot exercise this claim for a greater amount, however, than what the employee would have been entitled to for the same period if he had been entitled to twice the minimum wage in force on each day he worked.
