69. An employee who, at the end of a reference year, is credited with three years of uninterrupted service with the same employer is entitled to an annual leave for a minimum duration of three consecutive weeks.

69. An employee who, at the end of a reference year, is credited with five years of uninterrupted service with the same employer, is entitled to an annual leave for a minimum duration of three consecutive weeks.

69. An employee who, at the end of a reference year, is credited with six years of uninterrupted service with the same employer, is entitled to an annual leave for a minimum duration of three consecutive weeks.

This section will be amended by replacing, on 1 January 1995, the word “six” in the second line by the word “five”.

(2) by replacing, on 1 January 1995, the word “six” in the second line by the word “five”.
