27. The personnel of the Ministère de l’Industrie, du Commerce et du Tourisme assigned to the carrying out of the Travel Agents Act (chapter A-10), in office on (insert here the date of the coming into force of this section), becomes, without other formality, the personnel of the Ministère de l’Habitation et de la Protection du consommateur, as the Government may determine.
