68. Not later than the 30th of June each year, the Corporation shall make to the Minister of Finance a report on its activities for its previous fiscal year; such report shall also contain all the information that the Minister of Finance may require.
Such report shall be laid before the Assemblée nationale if it is in session or, if it is not, within thirty days after the opening of the next session.
The Corporation shall furnish the Minister of Finance with any information he requires on its operations.
