33. On or before the day following the date of the issue of a writ of election, the director general of elections shall forward by registered or certified mail to the Prime Minister, the Leader of the Official Opposition and any member other than the Leader of the Official Opposition who is the leader in the Assemblée nationale of an opposition party mentioned in section 77 of the Legislature Act, a certified true copy of the list of polling-subdivisions in each electoral district.

Every independent member sitting in the Assemblée nationale at dissolution is also entitled to receive a certified true copy of the list of polling-subdivisions comprised within the boundaries of the electoral district which he represented.
